Too sensitive or not sensitive enough are both causes to upgrade your fire safety system. Alarms that are too sensitive trigger false alarms, and repeated false alerts generate complacency. On the other hand, if your fire alarm system isn’t sensitive enough, there’s a risk that it won’t work when there’s a dangerous situation.
